Acknowledgments, Liability Waiver, Terms and Conditions and House Rules

We are glad that you have decided to join our private adult themed playground. This is an exclusive private dwelling for couples and singles interested in various lifestyle choices with the intention of exploring and expressing interests in a safe setting without judgement.

By signing this waiver, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all its terms and conditions, without distress, of your own free will. 

Also, if at any time you are in violation of any of these terms, rules, or conditions, you understand that your rental will be terminated immediately and is non-refundable.

Check In/Check Out

Check ins allowed any time after 3PM

Checkout must be completed before 11AM. (Failure to leave on time will result in additional charges)

Early check ins/ late checkout times may be requested prior to start of rental agreement for additional charges.

You will receive the address of the property, instructions and code for entry via text no later than 12PM on the 1st day of rental. 

Dress Code:

While inside the home clothing is optional. However, when visiting either smoking area (patio or garage) clothing must be worn. These areas are public and monitored. No outside footwear allowed indoors. Please remove shoes at entryway when entering the home. You may bring and wear “clean” footwear around the home if you choose (ex: high heels, slippers, sky zone socks, etc.). 

Camera Usage and Photography/Video Waiver:

Cell phones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed in any play areas. Security cameras are placed outside the home for your safety but absolutely no cameras are installed indoors. 

Feel free to bring and film yourselves while in the home, but guests must take all equipment and footage away when you leave. Privacy is the main staple, and the property will be checked thoroughly after your departure. Any equipment left behind with the intended purpose to “spy” on future guests will be turned over to authorities.

Absolutely no viewing or downloading any imagery of minors. Violators of these policies will have rental terminated immediately without refunds and be turned into authorities for prosecution. 

Alcohol:

A complimentary bottle of champagne or wine will be available for guests at the beginning of rental. Guests are allowed to bring any additional beverages they desire. Please consume responsibly to ensure a safe environment. Please have a Designated Driver or alternative transportation available. 

Negligent Behavior:

We encourage guests to be free spirits, but rowdy or drunken behavior, or any other activity that could tarnish the reputation of the playground or considered unsafe, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave and/or revoke rental of any person who becomes obnoxious or unruly. Guests further agree to pay for any costs, expenses or damage caused to any of the property or other guests’ property, due to any reckless or negligent behavior. 

Expected Conduct:

Understanding that it is necessary to respect the property and it's contents, as well as other guests by showing good behavior, courtesy, personal hygiene, tidiness of play areas, safety and proper dress. Be considerate of surrounding neighbors with noise levels and proper attire while in smoking areas.

We pride ourselves on safety and cleanliness. Every piece of equipment, dishes, glassware, bedding, and furniture is sanitized to the highest possible standard. You will find extra cleaning sanitizers, and protection placed though out the home if you need extra security to feel comfortable. No cleaning or trash removal is required by the guests. 

Please don’t flush anything other than toilet paper. Place all feminine products, condoms, and flushable wipes in the trash bin. Trying to flush these items will cause the septic system to back up. Repair and sanitation costs will be charged if occurs. 

Complimentary refreshments will be marked and are encouraged to use. Nothing else in the house should be removed to include but not limited to: Towles, toys, electronics, etc. Inventory of the home will be performed after guest leave and you will be charged for any missing items plus a surcharge, and possible legal action. Any damage to the property or items inside will also be the responsibility of the guests and additional charges will ensue.

Upon checkout remove used toys and place in appropriate bin. Leave all dirty dishes in the sink and place any remaining garbage in the trash. The cleaning crew will come and attend to every aspect of the home.

Accident and Injury:

AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND does not accept responsibility for accidents, injury or loss suffered while attending any of our property. By entering the property, guests agree that they’re doing so at own risk and hereby waive any and all claims whatsoever that may have and AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death, disease or property loss due to intentional acts, negligence or breach of contract by guests and releases AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND, and its owners, their heirs, employees or volunteers, presenters, entertainment, invitees, agents, legal representatives, licensees and the owner of the facilities, homes, or venues and waives any and all claims or hereafter have against the club owners, their heirs, organizers, its directors, officers, agents, legal representatives, owners of the facility, presenters, entertainers, their homes, or venue locations and all employees or volunteers of such events and release and forever discharge the owners and organizers, presenters, and entertainers from all claims, demands, damages, actions or cause of actions arising or to arise by reason of the use of this property and my attendance at AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND

Medical Release:

I also agree that if I need medical attention during a stay or as a result of a  visit to AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND, that I will be solely financially responsible for any and all costs incurred. I am also aware that AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND does not carry medical insurance and that I am responsible for my own medical coverage. I also give permission, should an emergency occur during an event, for emergency medical care to be provided to me at my expense.

Personal Use Only:

ABSOULUTLEY NO PERSON NOT LISTED ON THE PROPERTY AGREEMENT SHALL BE ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME! 

This will result in an instant termination of rental and no refund will be initiated. You will be escorted from the premises and banned.

In the event you would like a guest to join you post agreement, send the name of individual to the contact information below along with the additional fees. 

No parties or organized events are allowed on the premises WITHOUT the owner’s previous consent, which will be accompanied by additional guidelines and costs. Under normal circumstances up to 4 guest maximum may be in the home at one time, however every guest must be on the rental agreement and additional cost will occur per person.

Our private property is for the “personal use” of individual guests no matter what their occupation and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, organizations, government bodies, media organizations or companies, to include, law, news or media acting in a professional manner.
